Our Refund policy

Thank you for your for shopping with us! We hope that you are loving your purchase and everything is to your liking. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your item, please allow us to exchange the piece for something more fitting or offer a full store credit. If you purchased the item in the last 7 days, we can offer a full credit to the original form of payment. Exchanges are eligible up to 30 days after the original purchase date. 

Items must be returned at their own expense, time stamped within seven business days of the original purchase. Once received, please allow us 1-2 weeks to ensure the item is in its original condition, and then process the return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, and accompanied by the original receipt and in the original packaging.

If the item is eligible, we will refund your order with a full credit or store credit. Items with gift receipts are also eligible to receive a store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable, see below.

Custom Work and Stones

All sales on Diamonds, Colored stones and Custom Pieces are final.  Returns will not be accepted. In the rare case of a legitimate dispute over the finished product and the details specified in the invoice, we will recreate the ring to the customer’s satisfaction or supply one of equal quality and value. 

All diamond sales that are brokered for the client by Sindur, LLC are NON REFUNDABLE. If the stone is provided by Sindur, LLC it is also NON REFUNDABLE. If at a given time after the contract is signed, but prior to stones being set into the mounting, the client has the option to change specifications to the order with the understanding that they will be charged a processing fee equal to 15% of the total value of the item.

Late or missing return refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@sindurstyle.com.

Shipping Charges

All shipping expenses are nonrefundable. Returned items will be shipped at the buyer’s expense. Shipping charges will be applied to exchanged items. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
