Sindur helped my husband create the perfect engagement ring 5 years ago. Since then, she’s helped us with wedding bands, anniversary presents and other special gifts. We’ve never lived in close proximity to Sindur but she is the only person we trust to help us with jewelry purchases. She has a good eye and is always excited to create one-of-a-kind custom pieces. I consistently receive compliments on my jewelry. Thanks Sindur!

When my husband asked me to marry him he had the absolute ring of my dreams in front of me. Sindur helped him to create the engagement ring of my dreams and a equally stunning wedding band that complemented my engagement ring. Sindur helped to pick out flawless stones which get me countless complements. Sindur is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in creating amazing and unique pieces. In addition to my engagement ring and wedding band she has created many other pieces for me that I could not be happier with. Everything that we get from Sindur are always top quality pieces. I would not go to anyone different for all of my jewelry needs!

Martin & Stephanie

“A chance ‘wink’ led Martin to meet Stephanie in Charlotte, NC late in 2009. They enjoyed many nights of laughter , music and fun and soon they knew it was a perfect ‘match’. After 9 short months though, the relationship was tested when Stephanie had to relocate to Cincinnati for her job with P&G. She was torn between a budding romance and her profession, but Martin wasn’t the least bit deterred. To Stephanie’s surprise and delight, Martin packed up and moved to the ‘foreign land’ of Cincinnati to be with her without hesitation. Now in Cincinnati, Martin & Stephanie’s love continued to grow and in December 2012, Martin decided to ‘put a ring on it’ and make it official.
Through friends, Martin heard about Sindur’s great selection and service. Sindur made the process easy, listening to Martin’ s wishes for a beautiful ring for Stephanie. She was attuned to both Stephanie’s style and Martin’s budget.

So on December 22, 2012, Martin was confident he had the perfect ring and he popped the question. Stephanie was thoroughly surprised and in awe of the stunning diamond solitaire. She has received many compliments and says that she’s thrilled to have such a beautiful ring to represent their love and commitment for a life together. The couple plans to wed Oct 2013 in Richmond Virginia.

Thank you Sindur, we can’t wait to work with you on our wedding rings.”

Jay & Lori

“Lori and I met in an unusual way, I needed a haircut. After moving for the first time in my life from Oregon to Washington I had to now find someone to cut my hair. A simple task – not!!!! I tried a few places – Super Cuts, Fantastic Sams all a major disappointment  I somehow stumbled onto a place called Totally Hair in Sumner, Washington just down the road from the Townhouse that I was renting. I walked through the door and a very attractive hair stylist asked if she could help me and I said that I needed a haircut. What started out as a simple haircut in the Winter of 2002 developed from a friendship into an engagement just recently on Memorial Day weekend in 2012 and will end with an incredible marriage in January of 2014. To highlight our engagement was an incredible ring that was custom built by Sindur McRedmond. I was amazed when it arrived, the design of this elegant ring all took place via email and over the phone and the ring turned out better than either of us could have imagined. And to top things off Lori got her dream car as part of an engagement gift a Yellow Jeep Wrangler.”

Bruce & Andrea

“The first time I laid eyes on Andrea was October 18, 2011. I was invited to speak to some middle school students for a school organization she helped co-sponsor. I had spoken to this group before, so I knew she was a first year teacher. We did not interact much, but I definitely took note of her.

I was invited back January 24, 2012 and made a point to begin a conversation. Though brief, it was the beginning of many conversations to follow. We realized we had mutual friends and that she had been attending my church for a few weeks. We were missing each other because she was going to a different worship service than me. We were able to hang out in groups and I was able to see her make friend very quickly. I was learning that Andrea was a person who connected well with people. She enjoyed serving people and putting their interests above her own. That was important for me to see. People were drawn to Andrea. So was I.

We were both at a mutual friend’s wedding on May 5, 2012. I was looking for her. She looked beautiful. It was that day I realized that it was time for me to pursue a relationship with her. After the wedding we had dinner with friends. After dinner, I asked her out for a date. We didn’t have the typical first date. We went to a gym and shot basketball and talked, and talked, and talked. It was great. Who would have thought you could have meaningful conversation while playing H-O-R-S-E and P-I-G? It took off from there and moved quickly.

By October, I was already ring shopping. I didn’t have a clue about anything. This was completely unchartered waters for me. My brother-in-law connected me with a “contact in Cincinnati” who he had worked with and had success. He emailed her on a Saturday, October 13, 2012 at around noon. The contact called me on Monday, October 15, 2012 and followed up our conversation with a detailed email guiding me with questions to help me find the best diamond that suited my needs. I was sitting in her home looking at my options (and getting an education!) that Friday, October 19, 2012. That contact was Sindur.

The customer service that she began with continued through the whole process. The only thing that held up the process was me because I couldn’t figure out which ring size to get! She was personal, patient, thorough, and fair. I would have paid more just for the customer service alone. I felt at ease with this memorable purchase.

I proposed the day before Thanksgiving, November 21, 2012. She said yes. Proverbs 18:22 says that “He who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the Lord.” By God’s grace, I have found a good thing in Andrea. We will marry on April 6, 2013.”

Pete & Dina

“Pete and I met about two years ago, first by a brief note online followed by a series of coffee, tea, and dinner dates. It’s important to note I knew Pete was different after our first date and he continued to surprise me with grand and simple gestures of love and affection… not only did he court me but he also courted my 65 pound hound dog Boomer! When I got chocolates Boomer got treats… we knew he was a keeper! On April 13th, 2012, Pete accomplished the impossible and surprised me by getting on one knee asking me to marry him during what I thought was a leisurely walk after dinner on the Purple People Bridge. I will never forget the night and the nervous laughter that came out of Pete when I whirled around and saw him on one knee; he knew by the look on my face and with eyes so big he had succeeded in surprising me. He knew all his preparation, him talking to my father back in December, his scheming to surprise me at the perfect moment and work the proposal into conversation at the right time – had worked! We plan to marry June 1,2013 in Cincinnati and can’t wait to celebrate with family and friends!

A friend of mine referred me to Sindur when I mentioned I was beginning to look for an engagement ring. I am so glad she did! I was really a fish out of water at the jewelry stores. I didn’t feel comfortable at the stores and the choices and decisions were stressful. Sindur met with me and listened to what I had in mind for Dina. She knew all the questions to ask that helped us select the perfect diamond and setting. I really enjoyed working with Sindur. She made the process fun and simple. I am so pleased that Dina loves her ring. We look forward to working with Sindur for creative, beautiful jewelry in the future.”

Katie & Alex

“In the summer of 2007, Alex attended Airborne School at Fort Benning, Georgia. He called me one evening after training. I had met Alex the previous school year at The Ohio State University. Although we were both members of Mount Leadership Society, I did not know him very well as he was in the class above mine. Intimidated by his strong character and passionate personality, I was nervous when he asked if he could continue calling me while finishing his army training. I quickly made a list of topics in order to be prepared for his phone calls. To my surprise, friendship came so easily! We returned to school that fall, and phone dates turned into city adventures. Alex showed me everything he loved about Columbus. He also shared his love of cooking; we completed odd paintings, and studied to no end. By that winter holiday, I had brought Alex home to meet my family. I knew he was special.

In April 2010, Alex left for Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri. He had graduated from OSU and was beginning his active duty military career. The next month, he came to visit me on a long weekend. Alex took me to the top floor of the OSU library. While sitting in rocking chairs, he explained to me why he treasured this view. He was able to see all of campus and Columbus’ skyline. This is where he fell in love with me.

Through both the engagement and the wedding, Sindur provided the most enjoyable service. Before Alex left for active duty, he tied a string around my finger and around his own. He shared this sentiment with Sindur. She took our personalities and presented options that were thoughtful and personalized. She also made it easy to communicate long distance while Alex was away. We would highly recommend her for any occasion. And we are excited to continue working with her in the future! Thank you, Sindur!”

Chris & Delanie

“Delanie and I met at the Mad Frog in Clifton during a salsa dancing night. She knew how to dance, and I knew there were pretty girls at the salsa dance. Delanie was relatively new to Cincinnati and I relatively never left. The next year and a half together was the best time we have each ever had. So we decided to get married. Knowing Delanie’s unique style, I knew that going to the mall or even Tiffany’s for the engagement ring was not going to suit us. I knew about Sindur through a neighbor who was impressed by her knowledge and individual approach to jewelry. From my first conversation with Sindur, she took particular interest in the styles she desired. Sindur spent ample time meeting with us in person and exploring all of the options. In the end, I was able to choose a wonderful ring that is unique to Delanie, fits her style, and that she is absolutely thrilled with. Sindur also gave crucial advice in terms of the diamond size and quality that have made this ring so special for us.

If you are starting to navigate the infinite world of engagement rings, I highly recommend contacting Sindur for her individual, focused approach.”

Maggie & Josh

“Josh and I met in the fall of 2001 as sophomores in high school, and it began as an attraction of opposites. He tactfully stalked me, called me, met me at all my classes until I finally gave into his persistence. A friendship and bond grew to a strong love and we never spent a day apart. We took a break when we were 20 to find out how much of our love was “puppy love.” After months of heartbreak, we verified that that was a terrible idea! Soon after, we bought our first home and renovated it, Josh started his own business and as I got closer to finishing college. What comes next?

Josh got my beautiful engagement ring from a jeweler he was referred to. While I was looking into bands, I was extremely frustrated that the jeweler Josh went to was lacking in options due to my ring being “custom.” I remembered my friend talking about her jeweler and how happy she was and I decided to get in contact with Sindur. After meeting with Sindur, she gave us real options as she wasn’t afraid to step outside the box. Josh got his band from Sindur as well and I’ve never seen so many men talk about jewelry like a bunch of girls haha. My ring is perfect in every way and we will forever be grateful for the expertise, timeliness and professionalism. When you own your own business, you develop a taste for quality, good rep-or and a fair price, Sindur was it and she has all our business from here on out! We wish you well on all of your endeavors Sindur, you are truly terrific.”

Brandon & Ashly

“I’m a fairly creative person but when it came to proposing, I suddenly became not so creative. I kept getting stuck on trying to do something meaningful without being cheesy or cliche (this is quite a difficult thing for us guys to figure out). Anyways, I over heard her talking about some sort of scavenger hunt that Q102 and Jarred Jewelers do. She was so excited and very involved in trying to find at least one box. Unfortunately, we never found one. BUT this gave me an idea. I decided to give her her own special scavenger hunt and have it end at the place that we had our first date with me and the ring I got from Sindur. Needless to say, it went off with a bang and Ashley absolutely LOVED it.

I must say that dealing with Sindur was probably one of the easiest transactions I’ve ever had as a consumer. She was very understanding of my needs and always met and sometimes exceeded those needs. She answered all my questions promptly and treated me as an individual throughout the whole transaction. She met me halfway for our meetings as I live across the river. All in all, the best experience I’ve had in purchasing jewelry hands down.”
